27th August 2010Art Bell was joined for the entire duration of the program by Butch Witkowski, Director of the UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania, for a discussion on human mutilation cases that share astonishing similarities to cattle mutilations. Such cases of human mutilations have been reported around the world. In 2005, three families were found in the Beni Mazar region of Egypt mutilated just like cattle, Witkowski disclosed. A combat photographer in Vietnam claimed to have found a downed B-52 aircraft with the crew still strapped into their seats and mutilated in a similar fashion, he added. "I think our little grey brethren from outer space are a little bit more malevolent than they are benevolent," Witkowski opined.
One of the best documented cases of human mutilation occurred in 1988 at the Guarapiranga Dam in Brazil. Photos of the crime scene as well as the autopsy report are readily available online, Witkowski said. As in cattle mutilations, the victim's body was drained of blood and marked by unusual holes, his sensory organs (eyes, ears, tongue) were taken, the anus had been cored out, and the digestive and reproductive systems removed. Even more gruesome, the man had been alive during his dismemberment, Witkowski noted. Although the victim had been killed 48 to 72 hours prior to discovery, there were no signs of decomposition or rigor mortis, the body had no odor, and, stranger still, no wounds from predators, he continued. It is typical for predators to avoid feeding on mutilated carcasses, Witkowski added, speculating that radiation may have something to do with keeping the animals away.
Witkowski also addressed abduction phenomena, pointing out that about 30,000 people go missing each year and are never seen or heard from again. He believes the government may be complicit in some of these disappearances, and suspects a deal with extraterrestrials was brokered sometime in the 1950s. Witkowski commented on an abduction case sent in by a woman named Barbara. According to her report, a man was taken and murdered by aliens at Montour Ridge, near the town of Northumberland, Pennsylvania. Rescue workers and volunteers found him on the evening of the second day of their search. He was emaciated (not bloated), wearing only his underwear, and had an expression of horror on his face. Farmers in the area reported seeing a "large round bright object" pull something up into a beam of light. The autopsy uncovered no cause for death, though the toxicology report indicated the cause was from a cocaine overdose. Witkowski said the puzzling case remains open.

The Dropa Stones: Evidence Of Alien Visits To Earth, UFO?
October 3, 2010 - The Dropa Stones were first discovered in 1938, when a archaeological expedition led by Chi Pu Tei, stumbled across a cave high in the mountains that border China and Tibet.
It was obvious to the archaeologists that the cave had been occupied by primitive people from long ago.
On the walls of the caves were carved pictograms of the heavens and earth: the sun, the moon, the stars, and the earth, each connected with lines.
Then came the most incredible discovery, half-buried beneath the floor of the cave was an odd stone disk, which was approximately nine inches in diameter and three quarters of an inch thick. In the center was a perfect 3/4″ hole, with a fine grrove spiralling out from the center, resembling that of an old phonograph record.
A total of, 716 plates were found, and each held a secret. The groove on further inspection was a continuous line of strange carved hieroglyphic writing.Dr. Tsum Um Nui, in 1962, had the enormously difficult task of transcribing the character from the disks to paper.
He estimated that they were at least 12,000 years old, with writing so small he had to use a magnifying glass to see it clearly, much of the writing had worn away, but he was so puzzled at how these primitive people could of fashioned these stones , and how they managed the almost microscopic writing.
Eventually he made progress and a word emerged, then another, and another until an entire sentence, he had broken the code!
Dr. Tsum Um Nui, discovered that the stones were written by a people who called themselves, the “Dropa” , but what he was reading 12,000 years later did not make sense to him.
However, when he had finished his translation, he wrote up a paper on his findings and presented it to the University for publication, however the reaction that he encountered was not what he expected.
The Academy of Prehistory expressly forbade him to publish or even speak about his findings. The world, the Academy decided, would not know about the “Dropa” and their fateful journey to Earth!
The 716 disc plates, tells the story of the, Dropa being a space probe from a distant planet that crash-landed in the Baian-Kara-Ula Mountains of the Himalayas.
The occupants of the spacecraft, the Dropa, found refuge in a caves of the mountains, and further tell how they were unable to repair their disabled spacecraft, leaving them unable to return to their home planet, becoming stranded on earth.
Why did the Academy of Prehistory forbid Dr. Tsum Um Nui, from publishing his paper on the transcriptions from the 716, ancient plates?

What is Project Serpo?
Project Serpo is the name of an alleged top-secret exchange program between the United States government and an alien planet called Serpo. Details of the alleged exchange program have appeared in several UFO conspiracy stories, including one incident in 1983 in which a man identifying himself as USAF Sergeant Richard C. Doty contacted investigative journalist Linda Moulton Howe claiming to be able to supply her Air Force records of the exchange for her HBO documentary "The ET Factor" only to pull out without providing any evidence to substantiate his story, and one incident in 2005 when a series of emails were sent to a UFO discussion group run by Victor Martinez claiming that the project was real. Some variations on the conspiracy story state that the name Serpo is the nickname of the extrasolar planet. Other versions state that it is a mispronunciation of either Serponia or Seinu by US authorities involved in the project.
The first mention of a 'Project Serpo' was in a UFO email list maintained by enthusiast Victor Martinez. Various versions of the conspiracy theory circulated, and were later detailed on www.serpo.info. According to the most common version of the story, an alien survived a crash near Roswell in the later 1940s (see Roswell UFO incident). This alien was detained but treated well by American military forces, contacted its home planet and eventually repatriated. The story continues by claiming that this led to the establishment of some sort of relationship between the American government and the people of its home world – said to be a planet of the binary star system Zeta Reticuli.
Zeta Reticuli has a history in ufology (including the Betty and Barney Hill abduction and the Bob Lazar story), having been claimed as the home system of an alien race called the Greys.
The story finally claims that twelve American military personnel visited the planet between 1965 and 1978 and that all of the party have since died, from 'after effects of high radiation levels from the two suns'.
One criticism of Project Serpo stems from the lack of veracity of one of its alleged witnesses, Sergeant Richard Doty. Doty has been involved in other alleged UFO-related activities (see Majestic 12 and Paul Bennewitz), and this makes the Project Serpo allegations automatically suspect. Additionally, there is no physical evidence supporting the project's existence. According to Tim Swartz of Mysteries Magazine, Doty, who promised evidence to Moulton Howe before backing out, has been involved in circulating several other UFO conspiracy stories. Swartz also expressed that the details of Project Serpo have varied considerably with different accounts. It has been alleged that the entire series of posts were designed to be viral marketing for a new book by Doty.
Further criticisms of the story include the usual arguments against conspiracy theories, UFOs, and faster-than-light travel, as well as astronomical knowledge of the Zeta Reticuli system. There is currently no evidence of technological life in the system and also no evidence of planets. Because the stars are widely separated (several thousand astronomical units), claims of excess radiation as a result of the presence of a second star are nonsensical. On a more fundamental level, it is entirely possible that the messages originating the story were deliberate hoaxes. The postings were to Internetforums that cover conspiracy theories and UFOs, and a cursory examination of such forums shows that hoaxes are not uncommon. Some ufologists have even claimed that the messages were a hoax perpetrated by the American military and intelligence communities as a cover for real secret programs.
Bill Ryan, a chief proponent of publicizing the Project Serpo claims, announced on March 5, 2007 that he was stepping down from his role as webmaster for the Serpo material. Ryan nevertheless maintains his belief that an extraterrestrial exchange program did occur - although he states that the Serpo releases definitely contained disinformation.

Jerry talks with Bill Ryan, who less that two months ago, knew nothing about a remarkable, above top secret US government project, code named Serpo. Coincidentally, he was on an e-mail mailing list that had several Defense Department Officials, Black Project Managers and UFO Researchers which received a dispatch from "Anonymous".
This undisclosed person, who is still active in UFO related secret projects, wrote about the gradual release of confidential documents pertaining to a top secret exchange program between the Ebens, Extraterrestrial Entities (ETEs) from the planet Serpo, located in the Zeta Retuiculi star system and shown in the star catalogue image at left, which is some 39 light years from Earth. Several Ebens and twelve US military personnel were involved in an exchange program between Earth and Serpo, between the years 1965-78.
At the request of the recipient of this information, Victor Martinez, Ryan quickly set up a public service based website, www.serpo.org, to disseminate already provided and promised information, including photos of human beings associating with the inhabitants of the Planet Serpo.
In a wide ranging discussion, Ryan tells Jerry about the climate, flora and animals of this planet, as well as the history, culture and lifestyles of the intelligent beings, the Ebens, living on the planet. Details never before revealed will astound you, the listener, with vivid descriptions given of encounters between American military personnel and the Ebens on their current home planet.

Interview with Jerry Pippin - It was a warm weekend in the high desert of Southern California, when we arrived at the motel in Twenty Nine Palms. I am always amazed at this landscape, a couple of hours driving time from Needles over a wavy, dip strewn two lane highway with not a house in eye sight. When we checked in, we left word at the desk for our Mr. X. He had checked in already, per our instructions under the name of Larry Dicken. We quickly went to our room, and Roberta Scott started setting up the recording equipment. The phone rang, and it was him. He and his wife would be down a few minutes.
Mr. X, shown in the photo with Jerry on the left, was very leery and worried about someone finding out his true identity as he arrived for the interview. We made some small talk and immediately started rolling tape. Over the years, I have found this was the best way to get the story. Do it fast, clean and simple with point blank questions. What I heard was stunning.
This man was locked in a vault type room with a guard slipping trash bags full of papers, envelopes and photos to him, all marked Top Secret and higher. He was not allowed out of the room until the late afternoon when the work day was over. He was not a military man but a civilian employee of a Southern California Defense Firm, and his tale is stunning.
He speaks of the evidence he handled that showed or documented "Tall Orange" ETs in charge, Grey ETs everywhere, communications between ETs and Air Force officers common place, the confirmation of the Roswell (Corona, NM) UFO crash and details about these alien beings that left little to the imagination. He even saw documents about a possible end of the world scenario....that's right....in 2012! Was the photo, (right) from the Apollo 16 mission to the Moon among those photos examined by Mr. X? Is that a UFO or planet Earth?
His story was told with sincerity, and he was reeling off fantastic details in a matter of fact way. This is the stuff of which great investigative radio shows are made, and now you can hear it all.

Remote viewing is nothing new in Tibetan monasteries. For thousands of years remote viewing in the middle of other spiritual activities have dominated Tibetan culture. What some Indian tourists came to learn from a few Tibetan monasteries under the current Chinese rule is extremely alarming and fascinating.
According to these tourists remote viewers are seeing world powers in the course of self-destruction. They also see that the world will not be destroyed. Between now and 2012 the world super powers will continue to engage in regional wars. Terrorism and covert war will be the main problem. In world politics something will happen in and around 2010. At that time the world powers will threaten to destroy each other.
Between 2010 and 2012, the whole world will get polarized and prepare for the ultimate dooms day. Heavy political maneuvers and negotiations will take place with little progress.
In 2012, the world will start plunging into a total destructive nuclear war.
And at that time something remarkable will happen, says, Buddhist monk of Tibet. Supernatural divine powers will intervene. The destiny of the world is not to self-destruct at this time.

Monks also mentioned that beyond 2012 our current civilization would understand that the final frontier of science and technology is in area of spirituality and not material physics and chemistry. Beyond 2012, out technologies will take a different direction. People will learn the essence of spirituality, the relation between body and the soul, thereincarnation and the fact we are connected with each other are all part of od.
In India and China UFO sightings have increased in many folds. Many say the Chinese and Indian Governments are being contacted by the Extra Terrestrials.
In recent days most UFO activities have been seen in those countries who have indigenously developed Nuke capabilities.
When asked if these extra-terrestrials will show up in reality in 2012, the answers remote viewers are giving is: they will reveal themselves in such a way that none of us scared. They will reveal themselves only if they have to. As our science and technology progresses, we are destined to see them and interact with them any way.
According to the remote viewers, our earth is blessed and is being saved continuously from all kinds of hazards all the time that we are not even aware of. As our technologies progress we will realize how external forces saved us.

Then, others like me, who also claimed to be abductees, some of who I met through Budd Hopkins and his house get- togethers many years ago told me horror stories about some abductions.
They had seen onboard craft, a Mothman alien race, an 'in-charge' being who radiated rage and hatred.
This satanic, diabolical alien being was overlord of many alien races who abduct humans and who pilot UFOS.

Muscular, winged, sentient, highly technological, upright standing to seven feet tall, monitor lizards governed large craft; reptilians who looked upon us as we fancied veal violated our World's airspace every night.
These abductees had even gleaned what reptoids regular diets consisted of..
Just as bad or even worse there was a spiritual/supernatural element, an ethereal placement of young reptilians along human abductees spinal chords for aural feasting; they could trespass interdimensionally as well and tamper with our energies that extended there also.
That explained why so many abductees had such horrid spinal issues; tampering with astral energies causes somatic injury.
Imagine a whole cityscape with most people walking around with an affixed juvenile reptilian attached upsidedown to their spines; it lends a new meaning to a silent invasion.
It was a chilling story I was to hear repeatedly echoed elsewhere.
It reframed correctly, at least to my mind, what the ulterior motive, purpose was behind many alien/mankind interaction/visitations.
And it angered me to think how blind UFO skywatchers and media are to simply focus attention and reporting on craft and not ever the intent of occupants within.
It puts one in mind of a Twilight Zone episode called,"To Serve Man", which neatly summed up man's importance in the galaxy as a mere condiment.
But you and I, reader, should not worry as our flesh is too tough, old and tainted with age.
It makes one want to change, to make an apparent moral decision and assume a vegetarian diet and not ever atavistically revert;
but we too have mouths intended by evolution, equipped with meat tearing incisors.....
Who could ever imagine such creatures ?
MY abduction recalls were of entities who were masters of illusions, ones who tested me in mind imposed scenarios of moral dilemmas and values choices.
They calibrated souls and assessed minds.
They were tall, white like a refrigerator, flat like a Gumby cartoon character and politely spoke mind to mind.

Are The Men-In-Black A Form Of UFO Terrorism?
The Men-In-Back, or MIBs, as they are frequently called, have appeared on the periphery of the UFO phenomenon since the late 1890s, when witnesses first began to suffer frightening visits from entities who threatened them in no uncertain terms to cease speaking about the unknown aerial phenomena they had seen.
.)According to Beckley, most people believe the MIB phenomena started in the 1950s with the experience of an early UFO researcher named Albert K. Bender. Bender is a story unto himself and worthy of some Googling to find out more. In any case, Bender capitulated to the MIBs who visited him and immediately gave up his UFO research efforts. But Beckley says the MIBs were driving black stagecoaches in the days before the black Cadillac had been invented and that even the famed 17thcentury witch hunter Cotton Mather was visited by a darkly dressed figure or two. If Beckley is right, then someone has been trying to repress some kind of vital truth for a very long time.
As is typical of the present day UFO phenomenon, there are numerous variations in the accounts of those who have had their doors darkened by the strong arm of whoever is behind the MIB presence. But it is consistently reported that the MIBs travel in groups of two or three, often in the aforementioned large black Cadillac, and that they are uniformly dressed in black suits and black hats.
From that point, the stories vary from witness to witness. Some report a tall blond man with handsome features accompanied by a smaller man who stares silently intently at the witnesses while his partner interrogates and intimidates. Other MIBs are said to have a ghastly pallor to their faces and be totally hairless, or in some cases to wear what is obviously an ill-fitting toupee under their black hat.
It has often been put forth that perhaps we are dealing with an alien attempt to appear human that falls far short of being the perfect disguise. It has been reported that an MIB, after displaying stiff, robotic movements, will suddenly seem drained of energy, as though some kind of internal battery has run out. An MIB may speak in a strange kind of monotone, which adds to the overall eeriness of the experience.
They sometimes speak in B-movie clichés. Say, for example, something like “We’ve got you dead to rights,” or “You and your family will be pushing up daisies if you go on with your UFO work.” It is theorized that the aliens are learning our language and culture by intercepting our television broadcasts out in space and that they genuinely believe those clichés are frightening to those who hear them. One would suppose that nearly anything they said WOULD be frightening in the context of the uninvited visit, but at some point a witness to an MIB surely must have asked, “Who writes this stuff?”
In any case, more than 50 years down the road from their first appearances, the mystery of the MIBs remains unsolved. We really don’t anymore about them now than we did then.
Which is why Timothy Green Beckley’s new Global Communications release “Curse of the Men-In-Black: Return of the UFO Terrorists” is such a welcome and timely addition to the lore on the subject. While Beckley does not claim to have solved the identity of the benighted gentlemen callers, he does provide lots of case histories in which the UFO bogeymen came to visit.
Beckley also presents a rare classic book on the subject called “The UFO Warning,” by New Zealander John Stuart. Stuart began his private investigations of UFOs in 1948, shortly after serving in the New Zealand armed forces in World War II. Some years later, in 1952, he received a strange phone call quite late at night.
“Are you the John Stuart who is interested in what earthmen call flying saucers?” the voice asked.
“That’s right,” Stuart replied. “What can I do for you?”
“I warn you to stop interfering in affairs which do not concern you.”
“Who the hell are you talking to, mate?” Stuart asked indignantly. “And who the flaming hell are you?”
The voice replied to Stuart by speaking an unpronounceable alien name and planet. Stuart then told the voice to go to hell.
“Beware, earthman,” the voice said finally. “You have been warned.”
The line suddenly went dead.

Malaysian astrophysicist Mazlan Othman denies Sunday Times report that she is to become Earth's first contact for ETs
September 27, 2010 - If a Martian, proverbial or otherwise, had landed on Earth in the last 24 hours the media had some practical advice. Or so it seemed. According to the Sunday Times and numerous other media outlets that followed up the story, the United Nations was "poised" to appoint an individual to be the first point of contact with aliens.
Malaysian astrophysicist Mazlan Othman was being lined up for the role, the story said. As head of the UN's Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa) Othman would be the "nearest thing we have to a take me to you leader [person]", Prof Richard Crowther, from the UK Space Agency, told the Sunday Times.
According to the paper, Othman is due to tell a Royal Society conference that as the detection of extraterrestrial life is more likely than ever, the UN needs to be ready to co-ordinate humanity's response.
Reading all this our Martian visitor might have been encouraged to try to get in touch. They would have had a frustrating time.
The Royal Society knew nothing about it. The United Nations referred all queries to the switchboard of Unoosa in Vienna. Its switchboard number wasn't much help. "The person at extension 4951 is unavailable, please leave your message after the tone," it said. Those messages might make for some interesting listening today.
Finally an email from Othman herself would have prompted our Martian to trudge back to his spaceship. "It sounds really cool but I have to deny it," she said of the story. She will be attending a conference next week, but she'll be talking about how the world deals with "near-Earth objects".

UN to appoint Earth contact for aliens
THE United Nations was set today to appoint an obscure Malaysian astrophysicist to act as Earth’s first contact for any aliens that may come visiting.
September 26, 2010 - Mazlan Othman, the head of the UN's little-known Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa), is to describe her potential new role next week at a scientific conference at the Royal Society’s Kavli conference centre in Buckinghamshire.
She is scheduled to tell delegates that the recent discovery of hundreds of planets around other stars has made the detection of extraterrestrial life more likely than ever before - and that means the UN must be ready to coordinate humanity’s response to any “first contact”.
During a talk Othman gave recently to fellow scientists, she said: “The continued search for extraterrestrial communication, by several entities, sustains the hope that some day humankind will receive signals from extraterrestrials.
"When we do, we should have in place a coordinated response that takes into account all the sensitivities related to the subject. The UN is a ready-made mechanism for such coordination.”
Professor Richard Crowther, an expert in space law and governance at the UK Space Agency and who leads British delegations to the UN on such matters, said: “Othman is absolutely the nearest thing we have to a ‘take me to your leader’ person.”
However, he thinks humanity’s first encounter with any intelligent aliens is more likely to be via radio or light signals from a distant planet than by beings arriving on Earth. And, he suggests, even if we do encounter aliens in the flesh, they are more likely to be microbes than anything intelligent.
